Mocha ice cream making method

Ingredients: half a cup of white sugar, spoon powder, two spoons of instant coffee (I use Nestle), two cups of milk, a spoon of corn starch, a spoon of half vanilla powder, and a piece of chocolate

Production Method:

1. First prepare a large basin of ice water for use

2. Pour half a cup of milk into corn starch and stir until fully dissolved and set aside for use

3. Pour the remaining milk into the pot, add the powder, white sugar and heat it with fire. Use the eggbeater to stop stirring and boil, add instant coffee

4. Pour the milk and starch mixture just prepared into the pot and merge with the boiling mixture just now. Continue to cook while cooking and stir while boiling.

Material: 100ml milk, 200ml light cream, 15-30g sugar, three strawberries
